Scout: She's the sixth or seventh scout introduced with Sailor Neptune
Haruka is first shown in the series when she and Michiru (Sailor Neptune) were seen 'spying' on Usagi. The truth is, Michiru is the first of the two to become
a sailor scout. She intrduces Haruka to her duties, and the two become partners. On their quest to find the pure-heart crystals, they run-in with the other scouts several times.
Contrary to what most people might think, they become enemies until the talismen are found. Sailor Uranus takes her duties more seriously than any of the other scouts.
This means she is willing to risk her own life for her mission, or even her partner's.

Uranus Power Make Up
This phrase, with her transformation sick, allows Haruka to become Sailor Uranus!
Uranus World Shaking (World Shaking)
Uranus gathers a massive ball of energy into her hand, then slams it into the ground, sending it flying at any target.
Space Sword Blaster
With this attack, Sailor Uranus uses the Space Sword to cut through whatever she wants.
